enCamino.net is a carsharing service Europe-wide. Especially as Spain is our country of interest. Carsharing, lift-sharing or car pooling is a environment-friendly, efficient and inexpensive way to travel. In Germany it is working really well since 2000. Travelling by sharing the cost can also be very interesting, since you get to know new people.
For example you save money if you share your car for your daily way to work. With our database enCamino.net we offer requests and offers for the first contact of a shared car. The rest belongs to you! You have to contact the driver/passenger and have to agree with them upon a meeting place, cost of petrol and departure time.

How do I enter a shared car or request the use of a shared car?
To annunciate a shared car you have to click on "announce" or you can register yourself on our side: register.
How high should the cost for a shared car be?
You agree upon a fixed price with the driver or the passenger before departure. Usually the price of transportation should depend on the number of passengers. enCamino.net recommend as the lower limit of costs a price of: Costs of gas + 10 % divided by the number of passengers. Please use our CostCalculator as a help.
What do I have to consider to organize a shared car?
For the organization of a shared car you should consider the following hints:
 Contact every time the driver/passenger personally, e.g. by phone.
Do not go to the meeting point without contacting the person you go with.

Confirm price, date, hour and route of the shared car before the begin of the drive.
Ask for the exact Drop-Off Point, the number of passengers, space of luggage and style of driving.
Give your phone number and your name for another possible contact before the drive.
For the recognition at the meeting point ask for the type of car and his registration number. For your own security please give these dates to a friend or to your family.
If you do not need the shared car anymore, please contact the driver by phone in time.
What will happen in the case of an accident? Do I have insurance as a passenger?
Inform your insurance company about any car accidents as a passenger.

If your preferred city is not on the list, please select the next larger city and write in the "note" field your actual departure/arrival city. Send us an Email with your route and your database will be updated.
I forgot my password! What can I do?
You just have to click on Forgot your password?. (below "Access"). After you typed in your address, you will be sent an email shortly with your access dates.
I am registered user and I would like to change my Email address!
Please Login as usual. Afterwards you can change your Email address under the menu tab "Personal dates".
I annunciated a shared car, but it does not appear or I can not find it! What happened?
If the date of your request/offer passed, it will be deleted automatically.
Can I give up an announcement for train tickets, furniture or luggage items?
Yes! If you are looking for people for the formation of driving communities for train tickets, simply describe the facts in the field "note" of the announcement. People looking for a shared car for pieces of furniture or luggage, should describe it likewise in the field "note".
How can I annunciate a shared car for foreign countries?
In the city list you can also find other cities from different countries. If your preferred city is not in the list, please Email us with your city and your database will be updated.
